My processing time will reflect the current orders already on the schedule, and will fluctuate between 4-10 weeks, so please see the "current" processing time estimate before ordering.
Every mailbox is sealed with several coats of sealer, and this must be done outdoors so if we are experiencing inclement weather, this last and most important step may delay the packing and shipping days. If this should be the case you will receive a message/notification from me.
Your order will ship with USPS Priority, and have a tracking #, this has a 1-3 day delivery window under normal circumstances. I have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves my care, but I assure you as you will see, I take great care in protecting your item and my painting, against any unfortunate mishandling during it's travels.
Although I do enjoy interacting with my customers, and will always be available if you need my help, or have any questions, you typically will not hear from me until your order is about ready to seal or ship, unless I have any questions regarding your order details, personalization, or shipping address.
Of the three shops I have, this one is 100% Hand Painted Art on metal mailboxes, slate and wood for address and welcome signs. The nature of this work is unique to me, my designs, my art, which I love creating, so if there are ever any issues, I would more than appreciate your kindness in reaching out to me with any unhappiness with what you receive from me.
I promise you as much as I put into each and every piece I only want you to be very pleased, and I will do what I need to do to make certain that is the case.
We have all had some great challenges these past couple of years and my business was not spared, as I myself was recovering almost the entire year of 2022 from my long bout with 2021's Covid.
I am finally back to a great point in my business where I feel a fresh start in 2023. I am hoping to provide a little happiness, and joy to your life also!

Lisa took so much care to make sure that it arrived in perfect condition. Custom service was excellent. She kept following up since the shipping was quite delayed, but it was out of her control. It's worth the wait. I would buy more beautiful pieces from her shop in the future.

SHIPPING and PROCESS - How Long will it take to receive my mailbox?
The time it will take to complete and SHIP your order, whether it is custom or made to order, will depend on what the design is and on the current schedule at the time you place your order.
If you will be needing your mailbox by a specific day please contact me and I will give you a realistic time frame so you can make the best purchase decision .
The PROCESS will begin with my understanding of what you would like me to create. If this is a custom piece, please provide me with a photo if you have something you would like me to work with, or simply give me as much detail as possible as to what it is you are looking to have painted.
Communication is key for both parties, therefore answering questions in a timely manner is very important.

The sizes and styles available can be seen in the "Item description" of every listing as well as other important details.
Care instructions
Care instructions come with every mailbox. Even though I apply several coats of UV resistant sealer. I always recommend that once a year you give a quick spray with the same sealer, to ward off rusting and to keep your mailbox looking beautiful and not dull.
TO CLEAN ** never use harsh chemical cleaning solution , only damp sponge to clean your mailbox if needed.
Damage .
I would like to assure all my buyers that It is my number one goal to make you happy and have your complete satisfaction. That I will pack and protect your item and (My Art Work) with the utmost consideration and care, and if somehow your item arrives damaged even after all my efforts to pack effectively ..I will certainly make every effort to replace the item as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, things can happen in transit that no seller has any control over.
Has my mailbox shipped yet?
Your estimated shipping date can be seen on your order receipt. If you marked your order as a "gift" you need to contact me or I will not know when your order is needed by. Otherwise It may not be possible to receive your item by the time it is needed. Any item that states "Ready To Ship" will be ready for shipping in 1-2 business days and will depend on the day and time of day your order is placed.
